SarahGrace Creations is a proudly South African fashion brand founded in 2016 by designer and founder Sarah Houlie.
What began as a hobby when Sarah was studying Clothing Production at Northlink College, has grown into a brand that inspires, uplifts and changes the way people interact with their own reflection.

SarahGrace Creations started in 2016, while I was still a second year student at Northlink College. I never went looking for customers, they always found me. A friend of a friend needing a dress or a lady down the road looking for a bag. I soon realized that my creativity was valuable and it had the power to influence people. That's when I decided that I wanted to do more than just make clothes. I wanted to make a difference.
Craftsmanship has always been a part of my life. I grew up in my parents' furniture factory, surrounded by the smell of fabric and wood, the hum of machines, and people making things with their hands. By the time I was 8, I already knew how to cut and sew. Making things just felt… natural. Looking back now, I can see that's where my love for design really started — not in a classroom, but in a family business filled with creativity, hard work, and love.
When I started SarahGrace Creations, it wasn't just about fashion. I wanted to use my skills to empower people. I know what it feels like to be judged for how you look. I was bullied as a child because of my clothes, and that stuck with me for a long time. But instead of letting that pain define me, I decided to turn it into purpose.
